30-Day Return Window

You may return any canvas wall art piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition — no tears, stains, or damage to the canvas or stretcher bars.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email info@canvazzi.com with your order number and reason for return
• We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day
• Package the canvas carefully in its original packaging if possible

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your canvas arrives damaged during shipping:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
• We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
• No need to return the damaged item — we'll email you a disposal confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sized canvas orders
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items with damage caused by improper handling or display

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred option. This ensures the fastest processing time.
